Anchor Marine Group operates AnchorMarine.com and an online store from our home at 1501 Ferry Road, Grand Island, NY 14072, on the Niagara River. We sell, service, store, and support boats, personal watercraft, and the gear that goes with them

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use our website, place orders through our online store, or enroll in our text messaging program

You agree to use AnchorMarine.com and our online store only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

When you purchase through our online store, the following apply:

• Product descriptions, photos, and prices are provided in good faith, but we cannot guarantee that everything is accurate, complete, or current at all times. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel orders affected by them.
• Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include sales tax, shipping, or other fees unless stated.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, and verify orders before fulfillment.

Purchases of boats and major watercraft, service work, slip rentals, winter storage, and similar transactions are governed by separate written agreements that you and Anchor Marine Group sign at the time of the transaction. Those agreements, together with any manufacturer warranties, control the terms of those transactions. Nothing on this website or in these Terms changes, replaces, or limits the terms of those written agreements.

Boats, motors, accessories, and other products shown on AnchorMarine.com may be subject to availability, model changes, and manufacturer updates. Photos are representative and may not reflect the exact unit available for sale. We make no guarantee that any product shown is in stock or available at a particular price unless that price and availability are confirmed in writing.

By providing your mobile phone number to Anchor Marine Group and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from us at that number, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Program description. Anchor Marine Group operates a text messaging program that lets us communicate with customers and prospective customers by SMS. Messages may include:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Service status updates and pickup notices
• Quote and sales follow-ups
• Account, billing, and order notices
• Occasional promotions, events, and offers when you have opted in to marketing texts

How you opt in. You can opt in by:

• Providing your mobile number on a form on AnchorMarine.com or any of our landing pages
• Giving us your number in person at our showroom or service department
• Providing your number by phone or email in connection with a quote, purchase, service request, slip rental, or other transaction
• Replying to one of our messages to confirm enrollment

When you opt in, you confirm that the mobile number you provided is yours, and that you agree to receive text messages from us at that number.

Message frequency may vary based on your account activity and your messaging preferences. Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. Anchor Marine Group is not responsible for any carrier fees you incur as a result of receiving our messages.

To opt out, reply STOP to any message we send. You will receive one final confirmation message and will not be texted again unless you opt back in. If you change your mind, you can opt back in by replying START or by signing up again through any of our forms or in person.
